Rear Axle Pinion Flange Driveshaft U Joint Straps and Bolts

New correct design strap style mounts required to install your drive shaft U joint at the rear end axle. Because so many rear ends have been changed, rebuilt or altered, please make sure this is the version you need. The design goes over your rear end U joint and you put a bolt into the yoke for mounting. From center to center measures about 1 and 5/8 inches. Includes; 2 U straps and four bolts.

* Fits threaded yokes similar to pictured below with no gap between the collar seal for U-bolt securing nuts:

Yoke is not included only pictured for reference.

** Please Note ~ This info is common but not always correct, again please double check your particular car. Over the years many cars have had a rear end swap.

67-69 10 bolt 8.2 rears normally used U bolt style = TRA-779
70-81 10 bolt 8.5 rears normally used strap style = TRA-778
67-68 12 bolt 8.75 rears normally used U bolt style = TRA-779
69-70 12 bolt 8.75 rears normally used strap style = TRA-778
