1970 - 1981 Camaro Neutral Safety Start Switch for Manual Transmission with Frame Mounting Tower Shaft Pivot

New correct design neutral safety switch with pivot frame tower for your Camaro. Exact fit for all 70 - 81 manual transmission models. Mounts near the top of your clutch pedal assembly. Allows your car to properly only start with the clutch engaged. This one is complete with the shaft pivot mounting tower. Replaces GM Part# 3983965 perfectly. Correct fit and details.

A Neutral Safety Switch prevents the starter from operating in any transmission range except park, neutral, or when clutch pedal is depressed in manual transmission vehicles.
