New OE style 77-81 lockout frame pivot cup for the linkage plastic insulator bushing. Works perfect for all 70-81 automatic models but truly is the 77-81 version without a hole to mount it. Works great for all 70 - 81 models with an automatic transmission. Use with TRA-629A spring to put pressure on this and TRA-629B Plastic Insulator Bushing. Replaces original GM part # 399861. Works with all 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, and 1981 automatic transmission models.
