1970 - 1972 Camaro Automatic Shifter Overdrive Conversion Kit, 4L80E & 4L85E

New conversion kit for upgrading your turbo 350 or turbo 400 shifter to adapt to a newer overdrive transmission. Use your factory-installed automatic floor shifter with a newer 4-speed overdrive 4L80E and 4L85E transmissions. This kit uses your original shifter cable. The 4L80E & 4L85E have a range of select shafts. A long shaft used in trucks for the factory neutral safety switch and shorter shafts, some like the TH400 and some clocked differently. As a result the conversion kit includes different range select shafts. Also a new laser cut and hardened detent for proper stops and gear selection, a new matching transmission shift lever, console indicator OD lens, all necessary hardware, and instructions.
