The part was a direct bolt-in, with perfectly aligned locations for existing and included hardware for factory seats and oem threading in the floor pans.  Simple and easy to install option for extra clearance between leg and oem 15" steering wheel.  Saw reviews on competitors products that required slight modification to their holes for fitment and subpar finish/welds. Not the case with this one. They were perfect, just start all the bolts and then tighten them. I took the seat out to install. Maybe 15 minutes, and kept me from replacing my oem steering just to add some leg clearance (I'm 6'2 with a four speed.)  It adds more than 2" when you consider the legs are at an angle relative to the floor, even though the seats are only pushed back 2".  Worth the sacrifice of rear seat leg room, as I never have anyone back there.

This is a great product but i wish a few simple instructions accompanied it. I watched YouTube videos which instructed to put the extenders on the seat first then attach seat to the floor. After unsuccessfully working for an hour or twoi decided to put the bracket to floor first then attach seat to bracket. It was then a fifteen minute job
