Items arrived in good condition and packaged well. However, althought the items were in a sealed clear plastic bag, one of the U-shaped metal pieces and one of the black rubber washers for the locks was missing (I received only two of each instead of three). Fortunately, some of the existing pieces were still able to be reused to replace the missing parts. Other than that, the locks look great and work well.
