How do I return an item?
First of all we apologize that you have received an item you feel the need to return. Whether it be a damaged item, a mis-shipped item, or an item that's inferior to your standards, whatever the case, we apologize. There are a few simple steps to the process. If you follow those, doing a return will be easy and pain free. Remember that items purchased after 30 days from your receipt are non-returnable. Any item needing to be returned within 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit will be issued as store credit to the account of which the order was placed.
Should you need to make a return please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Camaro Central will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. Any returned items sent back without prior authorization and/or obtaining an RMA# will be subject to an accelerated restocking fee of 30%, issued as store credit, and store credit only. This is a non-negotiable penalty. Unfortunately you will have to pay shipping on returned orders.
Important: gift certificates have no cash value and must be redeemed for merchandise only. Literature, CDs, videos, printed materials, stencil kits, stickers, decals, stripe kits, electrical parts, gauges, wiring harnesses, switches, custom made parts, used original gm parts, new old stock gm parts, etc. are non-returnable. There is no guarantee on moving parts such as engines, transmissions, rear ends, steering gears, water pumps, distributors, wiper motors, etc. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without Camaro Central's expressed written permission, the item is non-returnable.
Camaro Central always recommends professional installation on all products. Any item which has been altered, painted, installed or deemed non-resalable by Camaro Central will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Camaro Central is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. Camaro Central is not responsible for any damage or discoloration incurred in relation to chemical products being used including cleaners, waxes, polishes, paints, etc.
