Unfortunately I was unable to repair the broken socket... but Camaro Central had the right part which I could not find elsewhere!

This is the perfect fit part you are looking for. Literally takes 5 minutes to install and pops securely into place. Remember to clean socket housing during installation to remove any dirt or other residue so socket can properly ground to housing. Best Camaro light socket out there!

5 of 5 Tail light sockets - Perfect fit August 2, 2019
Reviewer: Robert J Camara from Acushnet, MA United States
I had purchased some aftermarket tail light sockets that never fit properly. I would hit a bump in the road and the socket would fall out. These sockets fit perfectly in the tail light housing and lock in tight. They will not fall out from hitting a bump in the road. Looked at many different on-line products before buying these sockets. Would recommend them to all Camaro owners.

5 of 5 1967 - 1969 Camaro rear light sockets November 13, 2016

I ordered the light sockets from Camaro Central after reading on a Camaro owner website that their sockets were as good as OEM. They are and I'm extremely pleased with them.
I had previously ordered sockets from Rick's Camaro and they were worthless. The steel spring tangs were made of soft metal that just bent. There was no tension to keep the sockets in place. They were totally worthless!!

5 of 5 The right part! September 5, 2015

Unlike all the other companies I've ordered from, this was the right part for the project.  A bit expensive but I'm sure they're not going to fall out of the tail light housing.

I bought some tail light sockets from NAPA they were cheap and flimsy the socket would not stay in light housing. I bought these sockets from Camaro Central nice fit and stay in light housing fits like original
