1 of 5 Poor Fitment March 13, 2022
Reviewer: Peter Klotter from Snohomish, WA United States
My Wood grain steering wheel came with the Bowtie center cap but I wanted an "SS" one.  So I ordered this SS one.  However, could not get it to stay in place.  It was basically too loose where it engages with the circular spring prongs that are part of the horn engagement.  I am going to order another one to see if I just got a bad one.

Side note, even by Bowtie cap installation had an issue.  It fit much tigher on the spring, but it was so pulled so close to the steering wheel that the CAP could not move enough to engage the horn.  I had to remove the Bowtie center, remove the circular horn engagement ring that is mounted with 3 screws.  I had to put a small #8 washer between the steeling wheel and circular spring at each of the three mounting screws to raise the spring a little further away from the steering column.  That provided just enough room for the center cap to move and engage the horn.  way way way too much work just to install a center cap.
