Factory GM numbers stamped on the back side are usually one of; 10089469, 10193403, 20375035, or 20664197 . This one is for the left hand, drivers side. Currently available as a used original GM item only. The one you will receive will be similar to the one pictured. Forward corner point maybe chipped a bit. One mounting clip location will usually be missing, will still install and look sweet.
