1982 - 1987 Camaro Radiator Coolant Overflow Jar Bottle, Replaces GM 14070997

New coolant reservoir tank for 82 - 87 Camaro models. GM part # 14070997.This is the smaller 3rd generation coolant tank. Some 88 models still had this smaller tank, while other 88 models had the larger tank. For the larger 88 - 92 tank, please see our part number RAD-189. Also some caps are a very tight fit, they may require a few try's to get it on. Make sure the cap is straight and turn slow with a little push on top and it should go on.

Note: The cap is NOT included

This reservoir tank will fit 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, and 1987 models.

It filled the bill for me, fit with a little urging and looks good, a definite improvement over the stained original. However, even allowing for some variance between OME suppliers to the factory this isn't a restoration quality piece if that is what you need.

Just as the original product in a high quality plastic that fits perfectly & really adds to what was an already factory clean engine compartment. The tanks do have a tendency to turn yellowish brown & get brittle over time so this was a must have dress up for my 1985 Camaro IROC Z28.
