New OE Steel emergency parking brake set for your 1967 Camaro. Excellent quality park brake kit, made with OEM style Mild Steel material. Exact fit for all 1967 models with rear drum brakes. "Spiral wound" parking brake cables are manufactured to original factory specifications and exact in original appearance. Complete E-Brake kit includes; front and both rear spiral wire wound cables, intermediate cable (88"), technically correct equalizer, center cable support hook, two connectors, 3 cable clips and adjusting nuts. 4 of 5 Center brake cable too long June 13, 2020

This kit says it is for a 1967 camaro. I do not know what is wrong, but the center cable is too long. It is 88 or so inches which is way to long. I just ordered a different one from Amazon that is listed at about 78 inches, and Amazon says it was for a 67 camaro. I noticed there is a 79 inch cable listed for 68 and 69 camaros. My title says 1967 camaro and the doors have vent windows so I am 99% certain it really is a 1967. I didn't have an old cable to measure against so I could not check ahead of time. I would recommend anyone purchasing this kit measure their original center cable to determine it's length, then buy the kit with that length cable regardless of what year camaro the kit is listed as fitting.
