Natural Finish one wire alternator for your 67 - 81 Camaro. Comes with a internal regulator pre-installed and is 100 amp. This alternator will allow you to delete your voltage regulator from your engine compartment for an extra clean look. A perfect alternator for those who want to go to a single wire design. This will work great on most 1967 - 1981 models. Fits Big Block or Small Block Chevy engines. Great for using an updated Ignition system such as a HEI or MSD box. This alternator can be wired as a 1 wire style unit connecting only the hot lead to your positive side of the battery or starter solenoid.

The side plug is optional connections for factory 3 wire harness vehicles. #1 terminal is for the check light and #2 terminal is 12 volt ignition hot. These connections are not required for proper function of this unit.

4 of 5 Fixed my problem but! May 20, 2018

Works great, but on my '70 Z/28 I had to make some alterations to the install.  The alternator is not as deep as the original and had the bolt location for said spacer in a different location (the spacer the bolt goes through).  I had to drill a new hole in the spacer and add washers to fill the space between the alternator and spacer.  BUT it works GREAT and I have 14.4 v.
