SALES TAX INFORMATION
Orders shipped outside of Kentucky may be exempt from sales tax. Kentucky residents are required to add the appropriate current sales tax. Kentucky orders are subject to tax on handling fees, COD fees, and rush fees. This additional tax will be applied to the invoice.
DAMAGED CLAIMS
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify Camaro Central customer service department so that all steps necessary will be taken to ensure a prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Accurate instructions will be given on damaged goods replacement. Camaro Central is not responsible if no notification is given within 2 working days of receipt of goods (excluding Sundays and Holidays). Camaro Central will file a claim with the carrier in most cases. If the customer files a claim with the carrier, Camaro Central will not be responsible for replacing damaged products and the customer will be responsible to pay for any replacements until the carrier pays the claim. Please follow these instructions to avoid any problems or misunderstandings associated with damaged products and freight claims.
SHORTAGES
Always check the contents of your delivery to assure all the parts ordered were received. If you are missing any items be sure to check for back orders notated on your invoice before calling our customer service department. If a shortage has occurred, contact our customer service department within 2 days of delivery to assure a prompt replacement. Camaro Central assumes no liability after this period.
REFUSALS
All refused COD orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Camaro Central will consider the entire order cancelled and void with no notification to the customer. The customer will be billed 25% plus all freight charges to and from the destination. Contact our customer service department for more information.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Availability of all items in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Camaro Central reserves the right to discontinue products, services, or accessories without notice.

RETURNS
Products may be returned for a full refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee after 30 days. Should you need to return a part for a refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions. Camaro Central will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. Customer will pay freight on all return orders. Important: gift certificates have no cash value and must be redeemed for merchandise only. Literature, CDs, videos, printed materials, stencil kits, stripe electrical parts, gauges, wiring harnesses, switches, etc. are non refundable. There is no guarantee on moving parts such as engines, transmissions, rear ends, steering gears, water pumps, distributors, wiper motors, etc. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without Camaro Central’s expressed written permission, the item is non-returnable. Camaro Central always recommends professional installation on all products. Any item which has been altered, painted, installed or deemed non-resalable by Camaro Central will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Camaro Central is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. Camaro Central is not responsible for any damage or discoloration incurred in relation to chemical products being used including cleaners, waxes, polishes, paints, etc.
PRICING
Prices in this catalog were in effect at the time of printing and supersede all prices in any previous publication. Camaro Central makes every effort to honor the prices contained herein. However, due to increased costs of manufacturing, materials, etc. prices can change. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. For current pricing please visit our website, or contact a Camaro Central sales rep during normal business hours.
RIGHTS AND LEFTS
Some items in this catalog are presented as a right or a left hand product (right side passenger, left side drivers). Right hand or left hand sides are determined by sitting in the vehicle, not standing in front of the vehicle.
COLOR MATCHES
Due to multiple manufacturers of products Camaro Central provides, color variations may occur. Slight color variations are common, especially amongst interior products, and do not constitute a defect. These products are not eligible for return for this reason.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO
All Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders are shipped via 2 day air delivery whenever possible. All orders must be pre-paid with credit card, money order, or check. No COD orders are accepted. Rates depend on the items being ordered. Contact our sales department for exact rates. Free Freight policy does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
2 DAY AIR DELIVERY
Camaro Central offers 2 day delivery available in the Continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska. The cost of 2 day delivery is more expensive that normal ground delivery. Camaro Central will ship all 2 day orders taken before 2:00pm PST, Mon thru Fri the same day when the order is pre-paid on a credit card. You will receive your order within 2 working days from the time the order is shipped (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), pending on stock availability. Some products are charged at dimensional weight, as opposed to actual weight. Contact the sales office for actual shipping rates. 2 day shipping does not guarantee the products will arrive on-time. Camaro Central is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged due to carrier mishandling. See general information regarding returns associated with damaged or lost deliveries.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Camaro Central offers next day delivery with the same qualifications as 2nd day air delivery. The cost is approximately ½ times greater than 2nd day delivery. Pre-payment on credit card is required before shipment can be sent. Simply call in your order before 2:00pm PST, Mon thru Fri during regular business hours and your order will arrive the following working day (pending availability). Call your sales representative for rates regarding overnight delivery. Rates depend on the items being ordered, the weight, etc. Some products are charged at dimensional weight, as opposed to actual weight. Contact our sales department for actual shipping rates.
COD ORDERS
COD orders are gladly accepted on all normal ground shipments excluding truck freight orders. COD orders will require a money order or cashiers check upon delivery of your order. Personal checks, cash, and business checks are not accepted. Camaro Central will not accept COD orders through the mail. COD orders must be placed by phone during regular business hours. Camaro Central will add the appropriate shipping fees. COD orders are exempt from discounts and free shipping policy. The customer will pay all appropriate fees in accordance with Camaro Central’s current policies and freight rates. The sum of $10.00 per box will be added to all COD orders. Oversize and/or overweight boxes will be charged in accordance with the rate chart located on the order blank. Camaro Central reserves the right to change shipping rates in accordance with rate increases by freight companies.
TRUCK FREIGHT
Products in this catalog that require truck freight are usually indicated below the product “must be shipped via truck freight”. This indicates that the product is too large for ground delivery and must be shipped by motor freight. There may be items listed herein that are not indicated as truck freight. These items must be pre-paid in advance including freight charges before the shipment can be sent. Camaro Central requires a minimum of $100.00 fee for all out of state truck shipments. Truck Freight rates could be higher depending on what is being ordered and the destination. Residential delivers require an additional $36.00.
